Camera-Ready Submission (Deadline: March 3, 2019)
In order to prepare the final manuscript for your paper, please
consider the guidelines as defined by the IEEE.
The submission deadline for your final manuscript is March 3, 2019.
Please note that we will not be able to include your paper in
the proceedings unless we receive your final manuscript by the
deadline and the manuscript satisfies the guidelines mentioned
above.
To make the final manuscript satisfying the IEEE guidelines,
please use the Online Author Kit provided by IEEE for ISMVL 2019.
Templates are available for LaTeX and
Microsoft Word.
The following items must be submitted through the submission site provided by IEEE.
- IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file of your final manuscript

To check or get the PDF file, PDF eXpress is available until the deadline. - Signed Copyright Release Form
It can be submitted electronically through the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) system.
The URL of the site for Author Kit & Submission will be sent to authors by email soon. DO NOT submit the camera-ready to the EasyChair.
In order for your paper to be included in the proceedings, one author must register and pay the full registration fee (not student fee) before March 17, 2019. If the first author is a student, either the student or a co-author must pay the full fee by March 17, 2019. Failure to register will result in automatic withdrawal from the proceedings and from presentation at ISMVL. The information on how to register is announced soon.
